If you think that an email is an email and there is no real difference. I have dealers tell me all the time that if they like the car and they like the salesperson, they will buy the car. This is completely untrue. A potential buyer will not purchase a vehicle 100% of the time just as long as they liked the car (or truck) and they liked the salesperson.
